How does one start dating as someone who has never done it? I know this is probably one of those "rip off the bandaid" kind of situations, but I still don't understand how I am supposed to do it. I've tried downloading dating apps but I can't tell if I'm interested in anyone because all I see is a face on a screen... Also talking/meeting strangers in general scares me, last time I had to cancel because I was so nervous I almost barfed... But at the same time I crave connections on a more-than-friends level. I guess I feel a bit stuck and would really appreciate any tips <3 thanks
