So i am lowkey dating this guy, he likes me, i like him, we have said i love you thousand times, we have kissed. (lowkey because he said he will ask me out soon and he is planning something big so we aren't officially boyfriend/girlfriend but it's exclusive.) HERES A DEAL. at first i was avoiding him because, my very old ancestor like insanely old is from a country that is in a war with his home country, which he loves absolutely, he is in military too. he has no idea about this and i am insanely scared that the second he will find out that he will drop me. i have no connection to that place, nor do i like it or support it but i have been there and i had their citizenship when i was younger, until it got expired and i never renewed it because i don't want to. ANOTHER THING, we are from different religions and if anything i have no idea how it will work out, his parents are from different religions (just like us) so to be honest not something i am insanely worried about but the first thing is eating me alive. also it is not like we are getting married right away. another thing, he is someone who is very open, had friends with benefits too and he was sexually active, me on the other hand, i am shy, i have had boyfriends but nothing sexual, and i despise the idea of having friends with benefits.
is this doomed from beginning or can this get somewhere?
