For context my body isn't really that healthy since birth and I've been struggling with it due to my parents/classmates mocking me over the body where I have no control over
Because of that, I've been trying to fix it through physical training like track and field or lifting heavy stuff but more often than not my body just breaks under these circumstances and I was forced to take a break and my breathing problems worsened
And after years of training my body still hasn't improved one bit besides the fact that I have slimmed quite a bit but the breathing problems and weak stamina is still lingering
