95% of guys have terrible, boring, creepy, depressing, or downright unattractive profiles. Most boring though. Yes, 95% is just my personal guess just from the guys who have come to me for help. If you are having trouble with online dating, the problem is you.
Let’s start with some unscientific common sense math.
If we use the 80/20 rule, then 80% of guys are chasing the top 20% of women and 80% of women are chasing the top 20% of guys. This makes for some very unhappy people - both men and women. Such is life I guess. But you do not have to be one of those unhappy men.
Most likely you have average photos with an average boring bio and send average messages. This results in a poor online dating experience because the women you message are looking for much higher than average. The good new is you can change this (quickly) and most other guys won’t.Top 10% are all good looking guys, so you will never reach that, but you don’t have to worry because you can reach the top 20% and remember - women want the top 20%. Fixing your style, haircut, grooming, photo quality, bio, messaging, and mix in some strategy, and you can reach that level far easier than you think.
I’ll skip the generic advice on how to improve your appearance (which you should definitely find and follow) and get to the game-changers….
1: You’re only as good as your worst photo
Have you ever gone through a woman’s profile that you thought was hot and then all of a sudden, one bad photo burst your bubble? The same goes for your profile. You can ruin it entirely with just one bad photo. You need more than one photo to look like a real person and not a bot, but through my extensive testing you only need 3 photos max.
2: You need 3 types of photos
First photo is your headshot or body shot. This is your profile photo. No other people. Just you in your most badass self. Second photo should be with a friend or friends to show your normal. Photo 3 should show off your personality and that you live a fun or active life. Travel, sports, playing music, with a dog, etc. If you’re a homebody who likes to draw or read books, show that.
3: Get your photos rated
If you don’t have someone helping you fix your profile, go get some ratings. Take the advice and follow the average response. Post in many places to get a complete rating and review because each forum and site will have a different audience. Places to get rated and profile reviewed: r/rateme, r/amiugly, r/OkCupid, r/OnlineDating, photofeeler .com, hotornot .com, datenhance .com.
4: Fix your bio
Make it conversational like you are talking to a new friend. Tell a story. Avoid cliches and definitely no loser talk.
5: Test your profile like a mad scientist
To get the perfect photos and bio, always be testing. Change only one thing at a time and give it a week or two to see if it changes anything.
6: Understand how women think
Check out a woman’s inbox and you will see why you don’t get responses. Understand the dangers women face with online dating and be more focused on making them feel comfortable. Realize that if you aren’t getting responses your profile is most likely the problem, not your message.
8: Stop messaging every hot woman
Screen for the women you want and actually would vibe with and spend more time on those. They have a better chance of liking you anyways.
9: Stop the woe is me talk in your life
If your reddit username is loser543, then change it. Your mental state is most important. I could help you get 1000 online dates and they would all bomb if that’s how you continue to feel about yourself.
