So here's the situation... I've been going out with this girl 5-6 times now (every 4-5 days usually), and we always seem to have a lot of fun in person. I can tell she is very into me.
The issue is that we don't talk/text a lot in between the dates... I consider myself pretty good at texting, and I make sure to reply back fairly soon and in a way that would keep the convo going. But I can't say the same thing about her. It usually takes her 30-45 mins to reply to my text (which has made me slow down my reply time as well), she sometimes only reacts to my text or responds with emojis which makes responding very hard, and she has almost never initiated a texting convo. At first I would initiate a texting convo almost everyday just so that we keep in contact between our dates, but I am getting tired and do not want to look desperate, so I have not done that recently, and without me initiating, we can go for 2-3 days without texting.
We also have a snapchat streak, and I always try to react to her snaps by writing a line (which of course, she usually responds to with emojis), but she usually only sees my snaps and does not react or anything.
And it's making it hard for me to progress this relationship with this kind of between-dates behaviour.
Is this normal? Is this a sign that she may not be as interested as she seems in-person? Should I bring this up in person, and if so, what is the best way?
Tl;dr: She seems interested in person, but she is not as engaged between dates. Cause for concern?
