I hear a lot of mixed things from women. When I say “touchy feely”, I mean a man who will hold your hand, put his arm around your waist, slap or grab your butt, kiss all over you, come up behind you and wrap himself around you, move your hair from your face... just a man who touches on you a lot especially while out in public.
