Best advice for someone getting back out there after a long term relationship?

25F, my 3 year relationship ended almost 5 months ago and I am ready to date again!!

Any advice?

I’m not looking for anything serious but I tend to date men older than me. I am just hesitant that by dating someone 30+, they might be looking for something more than just casual dating? How do you navigate this?
