My friend (M23) needs some advice or help from some people about I guess sexual things? This does effect his relationships and it has for a few years.

So after he has sex he feels sick to his stomach and also feels like he need to throw up after it. He said he felt this way with a few hook ups. The second thing he needs advice or guidance is that he doesn’t feel aroused anymore when he gets touched or felt up or anything? Plus this has effected him with having sex because well you don’t wanna be a soft noodle if you trying to do it. If you can give him some advice that would be great, I didn’t want to know his problems or anything about this but here I am being a friend lol so anyway thanks for your help.
