How often do men get approached at clubs?

Hi,

I rarely go out clubbing but on saturday I went clubbing and got approached by a few girls.

One of them just walked up to me and asked me for my instagram, the 2nd one asked me where i was from and then asked for my instagram.

First one was cute but I didnt know what to do. Ive never been hit on in my life until the past year or so, so it's confusing
