This is a stupid question but how do I express my feelings in a healthy adult like context? I’m 21 and I’ve suffered from a lot of mental health issues for a while and it really has destroyed multiple relationships at this point. I know I should go to therapy but that overwhelms me. I just wanted to know how people learned how to talk about their feelings with a partner I guess...?
