Are my preferences/standards too high?

So I’m not gonna say they’re solid standards, more like preferences. Here they are: Has good morals, Has the heart of Jesus and the humility of a sinner (metaphorically), Humble, Leader, Independent, but intimate, Will make a stable living, Values Family, Has good Friends, Goals, ambition, drive, Funny/lighthearted, Good communication
