Backstory: I met a girl while getting coffee in my apartment complex. We had a good and short conversation but I didn't ask her number as I was unsure if she was really interested in me. I see her again at the same spot after two weeks, we again have a short conversation and she asks my number this time. But she has to leave before I get her number. After this she never texted me. After 4 weeks, I see her again at the same spot, I said hello. Had a very brief conversation and I confronted her that she never gave me her number/texted me. She says sorry and promises to text me back. She never texts me again for two days. Then today, I receive a text from her 'better late than never, HI!'. Now I am not sure if she is interested in me at all or is she just goofing around. Should I text back or should I just not bother with it? I am so confused
