I (23 M) need some advice on this. A week ago I took my roommate's cat into the vet and the vet technician (or assistant, I don't know the term) was super cute. Had a quick conversation then I left. I had to bring the cat back for tests and she helped me out again. I have to go back this week to go over some questions my roommate has and if she helps me out again I want to ask her out (or for her number).
But should I? I would really hate to put her in an uncomfortable position at her work. And yet, this is the only place I see her. Do I go for it? Being overly polite has gotten me nowhere so far and I want to step up and ask her out. At the same time if I put myself in her shoes, I would be kinda confused (even though I'd probably say yes to her if the roles were reversed).
What should I do?
