I (30/F) matched a guy (30/M) on an app before Christmas 2020. We each had holiday plans with both of our families so we met earlier this month. On the first date we had a blast and he kissed me and immediately planned a second date for later that week. Our second date was amazing and he brought me flowers. Later that week I met his friends and he said I made a great first impression. He said they all knew about me. We saw each other once a week and each time we were together the sparks and emotions were there. We both admitted that we deleted our dating apps. Lately, he’s been very distant. I’m lucky if I get a few texts a day. He works full time and shares custody of his child a few days a week. He’s also still in the process of a divorce. Last week I asked if he would like me to come over and make dinner and he declined because of work. Did he jump into this too fast and lost interest? Or am I letting my anxious attachment style believe I’m losing him? I’m trying to give him space. Thanks 💛
