What are some signs or indicators that the relationship you have with a girl is becoming serious?

I met this woman some 3 months ago, we've been talking a lot, had a date, we enjoyed each other's company...

She even said she doesn't see herself without me... Not anymore...we even have arguments already...lol..

We aren't BF and GF yet but everything is pointing to that direction.
