Hey all. I (23M) have had a crush on my old coworker (23F) for like 3 months now. I stopped working at the same place a little over a month ago but while there me and a bunch of my coworkers got really close and we hang out weekly. I’ve noticed that mine and her chemistry has gotten way better lately and oftentimes in these hangouts we wind up just talking to each other for the most part. I really want to ask her out and don’t want to do it over text as that feels pretty lame to me but I’ve been finding it actually impossible to get her alone to ask her. One of the people in the group is also her roommate so I can’t walk her to her car to be alone and everyone usually leaves at the same time so it would be weird to hang back when she’s hosting. Idk any advice on how I can do this without being weird about it would be super helpful.
