i know how it sounds lmao so me and this guy become friends over multiple months through a hobby. i really started to like him, romantically too. one day, right before we weren't going to see each other for a while, he confesses. I rejected him, and he was very nice about it (told me he already got over the feelings lmao). I have past bad experiences with not clearly rejecting people and them becoming clingy + I'm autistic and really struggle with sudden change, such as suddenly being in a relationship. also I did notice him becoming kinda needy beforehand, which icked me a bit (I was bullied for these traits, I'm working on it).
anyways, after having some time to think, I've noticed that i like him. i really like him. i think i want to tell him this. i know I didn't react very well to him, I could've thought it over before completely rejecting him, but i also don't want to miss the opportunity of something that could be really nice. does anyone have any imput / tips? thanks <3
