Bf of five months respects my opinion less than his coworkers?

Alright so I’ve(f25) been dating this guy(30m) for about 5 months and he’s great. I like him and there are no red flags. We went to a social distanced art museum recently and hung out for a bit. While we were there we took cute pictures of our shadows with him kissing my hand (mask on) and he liked them so he asked me to send them to him because he wanted to make them his fb profile pic. This was a Sunday. On Wednesday he texted me and said he’d “just realized what those pics meant” so I asked him what and he said marriage. I asked how he learned that information and he said his coworkers asked him if he was marrying me. He asked if he should take it down and if it was weird to keep it up. I said I don’t think it’s weird because we know that’s not what the picture meant. He was still on the fence so I said “I feel like you want to delete it. Delete it” and he said he will. So he deletes it. I asked why his coworkers thinking he was marrying me bothered him and he said “it doesn’t bother me, I just think it’s too early to be thinking about marriage”. So I said “ but we know that’s not what the picture means. He didn’t respond and we haven’t brought it up since. Should I let this go or should I be concerned about him thinking other people opinions matter more than mine moving forward in our relationship? I only say this because he was totally fine with the picture until his coworkers said something. Any other perspectives would be greatly appreciated.
