I have only really had 2 instances in my life where I could say 100% I was in love my first was with my ex of 3 years and in the beginning I just thought she was hott and cool and never had true I love you feelings even tho I said and thought i did till about a 1year and a half in. Most recently I met a girl and the feelings I had for her in the first 2 months were greater or equal to anything I felt in my 3 year relationship and it wasnt cause she was hott or cool there was just something inside me that drew me to her. Both of these ended, but im glad i got to experience them. I feel tho I can easily meet new people and people just are infatuated with me I have never had a bad date but I rarely feel the same and end up eventually hurting some people after the second date and i begin to see all the ways we dont align. I'm just curious I'm dating someone new she ticks all the boxes plus some seems like a great partner but I don't feel for her like the last girl it's more like with my ex of 3 years. If you dedicate your time to someone you like and they do to you too will love always come or should I just wait till I have it from the get go again?
