Hey everyone just wanted to ask what people thought about asking my crushes friend if my crush is single or talking to anyone. Long story short my crush and I work together but in separate areas and levels so we rarely ever see or talk...when we do sometimes I get the feeling she likes me and other times I get the feeling that she thinks I'm doing the most or being extra. I tried asking for her number through work to kind of be discrete and nonchalant but she was in a hurry and said she would email me about it! Lol.....it's been two days and she hasnt emailed or said anything about it since. I want to get her number and start talking to her but am worried I messed up or missed my chance......so is it okay to reach out to her friend to see if she is single or is talking to anyone? My plan is either tomorrow or Thursday to ask her out for food or drink anyway but I wanted to ask reddit what it thinks just to see! Thanks people and lemme know!
