Hey guys! I am a woman new to the online dating world. I am feeling a little concerned about a situation with a guy I met on there and really like.
We exchanged numbers a few weeks ago and have been talking every day. Even met once. I haven't found any discrepancies in what he put on his profile and what he put on social media. His account was also verified. I am still on Bumble and noticed today that our chat isn't there on my list. Usually, either I would see older chats in grey as deleted accounts or it says xyz ended the chat. I think I did see that chat this morning. We have been texting so it doesn't matter but hear me out -
When we had matched, the fishy thing was that he had given his number after a few messages and said Bumble blocked his profile once when it was linked to Facebook. He was concerned it might happen again to his new profile and he'd disappear. But I am feeling scared, to the point of being physically sick. Do profiles disappear that easily on Bumble? Or is it because too many users report these profiles? Or is it that easy to get locked out and have your profile deleted even when you don't want to? I just want to feel safe :(
