Girls what would your reaction be to this situation??

I am trying to write this best i can so please forgive if there is any mistake:

Since casual dating is quite common now , how would girls react if a guy says to them that ,he doesn't want to rush sex , and wants to ensure that your attraction is based on actual attraction from character vs just looks and feeling horny??? Would you consider that as a rejection?
