I've been texting this girl but I feel like I'm texting her too much sometimes. I don't want to come off as clingy or desperate so if the conversation starts to get dry or she starts responding with 1 or 2-word texts I just stop texting her for the day. Should I leave her alone for a couple of days? Is stopping the conversation when it gets dry the right thing to do?
