Hi. I get tickets to one MLB game a year through work - suuuuper blessed. Valet parking, 10th row tickets behind homeplate, special "club" with pre- and during-game high-quality buffet, free drinks, build-your-own nachos, build-your-own soft serve ice cream with like 10 toppings to choose from, cracker jack's, peanuts,, hot dogs, you name it, all* inclusive (*hard alcohol has limitations).
So I think I want to bring a date. I think of it a a pretty chill time where it's hard NOT to have fun, and if we get bored we can leave whenever. (I'm not the biggest baseball fan admittedly)
I'm not really talking with any women right now, but I have a couple in mind who I could ask. One of them I'd like advice about -- I'm unsure if it's consider "risky business" asking her. I've engaged with her twice before, but only through work. Once under a company and the second I specifically chose her to do freelance video work for our company.
I genuinely would like to get to know her better, and we had some good conversation over the 4hrs together the day of our video shoot a couple weeks ago.
Is this unprofessional to cross that work relationship boundary? (We already follow each other on IG, on personal and work accounts, if that matters)
If it IS unprofessional to cross that boundary, but if she's worth the risk... Is this too much for a first time getting together outside of work?
Tried to make that short, lmk if I can clarify anything.
Any advice is very appreciated - Thank you!!
