I [F/34] am chatting with this guy [M/36] for few weeks now and I honestly cannot tell if he just doesn't know how to flirt or is just trying to be platonic and friendzone me.
Example 1: He recommended a tv show to me that I enjoyed and said I owe him one now and I said sure what would you like or should I recommend something? He said he was kidding and I don't owe him anything.
Example 2: I showed him a funny email I got from my coworker and blocked out the personal information and said to him cus I am private and maybe he is a stalker (was a joke) and who knows if he has any weird likes desires. He responds in a joking way that his weird likes desire are emails with information crossed off for privacy (aka what I sent)....
Is he just bad at flirting or is he just forcing convo or am I being friendzoned?
