Alright, so friday night I went to a friend of a friend's apartment and there were about 9 people there. We were around a coffee table playing this drinking board game type thing they made up. I was sitting across from this girl who I thought was really cute and we kept making eye contact throughout the game. One of the spaces that was landed on was "spin the bottle" (I know a bit middle school, I didn't make the game) and her and I were landed on to kiss. Anyways, fast forward a bit. We head over to this other party and at this point I'm crossed and she is definitely drunk. I'm standing around a pong table cause my friend is playing and this girl asks me to be her partner. We lose but that's besides the point. We end up on a couch and I ask for her snap. She gives it and adds me back. We are sitting there talking for a bit, talking about where we were from, what major, shit like that, we kiss a few times. I obviously lose a bit of brain cells when I get drunk but I still got a sense of morality so I'm not trying to sleep with her now. Regardless, we leave that party and head back to our friend's apartment. I leave shortly after and walk home.
I was extremely hungover that morning so I can only assume she was too cause she was worse off than me. I snap her asking how she is feeling. It's a couple hours till she responds. Anyways, the next night (saturday), a few friends and I are invited back to that apartment. She's there and we are playing the same board game. We were there for a couple hours and it's like everything was different. Eye contact was made and all that, but instead of shared eye contact and smiling, it was like almost stranger type. We didn't talk at all, it's like she forgot I existed. Now I don't know if this is the usual meet a girl at a college party and get to know her for one night before never talking to them again cause I never did before friday night. I'm ashamed to admit I catch feelings pretty easily so to see this girl who seemed really interested in me while I was interested in her was a great feeling. I don't know what I'm looking for here by posting this, maybe some insight. Maybe this is just a learning experience as I'm a sophomore in college.
