So I’m a 22M and I’ve been seeing this 22F for about 3 months now. We’ve been on over a dozen dates, (restaurants, hiking, movies) we hold hands in public and I really love spending time with her. As of lately I only see her about once a week due to both of us holding jobs and being full time students in school. Recently we had a talk about exclusiveness and she told me that since the pandemic started she’s been “dating around” and would like to keep it that way but is also interested in seeing where things go with “us”. My question is what does “dating around” mean to you? Is she even interested in dating me or does she just want hookups? (Only happened once). I see a future with her but I’m not so sure what’s going on in her mind. Obviously the best route to my answer is just being transparent and asking her but I’m curious what an outsiders take on the situation is?
EDIT: This girl is my next door Neighboor so it would be weird to just cut things off with her even if she’s playing me
