I became friendly with a guy in college over text. As time passed, I started looking forward to his texts. Finally we met irl when college opened for offline classes, and there was palpable sexual tension between us. We both figured out that we were crushing on each other. The messages got flirtier and both of us not-so-accidentally kept running into each other and being all shy when we met. He brought his close friends and introduced me to them during one of the few brief real life meetings we had. During this period, we texted everyday for 2 weeks or so. After that we stopped having offline classes so we can't meet irl. The intense -flirting days came to an end. Now he's giving me mixed signals. The texting has slowed down and he seems to have lost interest now. He's active on social media but doesn't text for like 10 days. Sometimes he leaves my message on read for a a long time. But sometimes he sings romantic songs and sends these audio messages to me. One time he even opened up about his brother's death and shared a lot of family details. This hot-and-cold demeanor has made me lose some interest and I'm not sure where I want this to go. Maybe he's also lost some interest and is unsure(?). What should I do now? Does he think we're official? Should I just stop all the flirting? It's so confusing!
